- 1. How to order from the web site?
As you browse our bottle collections from the "Choose your bottle" page, choose the bottle(s) you wish to purchase by clicking the add to card icon. If you wish to send a message or compose your own personalized greeting with your genie bottle, you can fill in the personalized message text box and clicking the "Add To Cart" icon on the bottom of the page. If you would like to choose a message from our message collection page, click on the "choose your message" page, choose your message, click on the "Add to cart" button. When you're ready to check out, click the CHECKOUT icon and follow the easy instructions provided. Please feel free to e-mail us anytime for help.

- What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check or Money Order (please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days when paying with a personal check)
- What is your return policy?
We are confident that your purchase from Fancy Gift Shop will meet or exceed your expectations. If however our product is unsatisfactory, the maximum delay for returning item for resizing, exchange or refund is 15 days after initial delivery.
Before returning a product, clients are required to contact us by email in order to establish return modalities.

Return products must go to our address below, using U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, Express Mail, FedEx or UPS.

Clients can choose to insure their return package or not, although it is recommended they do. Fancy Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for return shipping losses.
The restocking fee for refunds is 20% of purchase price. Product must be in original packaging. Clients assume shipping costs of returns, except if the return is due to an oversight on Fancy Gift Shop part, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed.
Refunds will only be issued after returned item has been received and inspected by Fancy Gift Shop staff.
- How long does it take for delivery?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days via USPS. It usually takes 5-6 buisness days (within the US) to recive your order. For international orders usually takes 12-15 business days to receive you package.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Ony if you are a resident of the State of California you will have to add sales tax to your order
- If I have an event or birthday and I need my order sooner, can I e-mail you?
Yes, you could have an order rushed, overnight or 2 day delivery. Just e-mail us and we will send a final shipping price.
- If I have an event or business promotion and I want to order in bulk does my price go down?
Yes, just e-mail us with item and quantity and we will give you a final price.
